Every product is guaranteed 100% authentic and brand new, no used items. For consignment marketplace we only accept sneakers in brand new condition with original boxes.

‣ Does any other customer know any of my information, such as sneakers that I buy or sell, my balance or history with TrendzShoe™ , etc?

No, this information is private and it belongs to you. No other user of TrendzShoe™ has accsess to our account and it is secured via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Technology.

‣ What size should I pick when I order sneakers?

Size is a personal preference, but we do recommend check out our international conversion chart & your real shoe size to get a better understanding and make the right choice.

DELIVERY & RETURN

‣ When will my order arrive?

Order processing can take up to seven business days before items are boxed, labeled and shipped out. Once an order ships, the customer will receive an e-mail notification with their tracking information.

International customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes after an item ships.

‣ What is TrendzShoe™’s return policy?

All sales at TrendzShoe are final, meaning returns or exchanges. TrendzShoe is a consignment marketplace, meaning products in stock are provided by independent consignors.
